Terms of Service

By accessing or using Influencees Pte. Ltd. ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, creators, and brands.

Influencees is a community-driven platform where users can discover, rate, and rank Singapore-based social media creators across Instagram and TikTok. Ratings and scores on the platform reflect community opinion and are not endorsements by Influencees Pte. Ltd.

To access certain features you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party sign-in. You are responsible for: • Keeping your sign-in credentials secure. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: • Submit false, misleading, or spam ratings or reviews. • Attempt to manipulate creator scores through coordinated or artificial activity. • Harass, defame, or post content that targets or harms any individual. • Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform without permission. • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Singapore law or applicable international law. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Creators listed on Influencees may be added by the Influencees Pte. Ltd. team or may apply via our creator application form. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information provided (name, handle, niche) is accurate and that you have the right to represent the account in question. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any creator listing at our discretion.

Ratings submitted by users are community contributions and do not represent the views of Influencees Pte. Ltd. We do not guarantee the accuracy or fairness of any rating or score. Scores may change over time as community activity evolves. By submitting a rating or any content on the platform, you grant Influencees Pte. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content as part of the platform.

The Trust Check feature is a beta tool that analyses publicly available social media posts and returns a trust report based on a combination of automated signals, including visual analysis, caption patterns, and account indicators. Trust Check results are indicative only. They are not legal determinations, professional assessments, or definitive verdicts on the authenticity, legality, or character of any post, account, or individual. A high trust score does not guarantee a post is legitimate, and a low score does not confirm it is fraudulent or AI-generated. By using Trust Check, you agree that: • You will use results as one input among many, and not as the sole basis for any decision. • You will not use Trust Check results to publicly defame, accuse, or harm any creator or individual. • Influencees Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any action taken, or not taken, as a result of Trust Check output. When you submit a link, the publicly accessible thumbnail of that post is sent to a third-party AI service for analysis. Only public content is processed. No personal data of users is transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for details. The Trust Check feature may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time as part of our ongoing beta programme.

All platform design, code, branding, and original content on Influencees is owned by or licenced to Influencees Pte. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent. Creator names, handles, and social media profiles referenced on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Influencees Pte. Ltd. provides the platform "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Community scores and rankings are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for commercial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Influencees Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed SGD 50.

We may update these Terms of Service or change platform features at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
