Influencees is a Singapore-based platform that lets community members discover, rate, and rank social media creators. We are operated by Influencees Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). Our registered contact is hello@influencees.com.

When you create an account or interact with the platform we may collect: • Account data: your name, email address, and profile photo (when signing in via a third-party provider). • Usage data: pages visited, creators rated, and actions taken on the platform. • Creator submission data: if you apply as a creator, your name, social handles, niche, and platform segment. • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and approximate location (country/city level) for security and analytics purposes. We do not collect payment card details or government-issued identity documents.

We use your data to: • Provide and improve the Influencees platform and its features. • Authenticate your identity and keep your account secure. • Display your ratings, badge progress, and profile information. • Send you transactional emails such as sign-in links (magic links). • Analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve the product. • Comply with applicable laws and regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share data only where necessary: • Authentication providers: if you sign in via a third-party service (e.g. Google), your sign-in details are processed by that provider under their own privacy policy. • Infrastructure and hosting: we use trusted cloud infrastructure providers to operate the platform. These providers may process request logs as part of normal operations. • AI analysis services: when you use the Trust Check feature, the publicly accessible thumbnail URL of the social media post you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider for visual analysis. This is a public URL, not personal data, and we do not store it or the analysis result. No account information or personal data is included in this request. • Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by Singapore law or a valid court order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Creator submission data is retained until reviewed and either approved or removed. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@influencees.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Influencees uses minimal cookies, primarily authentication session cookies to keep you signed in securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, but this will sign you out.

As a user based in Singapore (or anywhere), you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate data. • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing. • Request deletion of your account and associated data. Influencees is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Influencees Pte. Ltd. after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
